Refund Policy:

Due to the nature of our products, refunds are only issued in cases where:

  • The incorrect item was sent by our team.
  • The item arrives damaged or defective.
  • There is a verified error on our part.

To request a refund, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide clear photographs along with a detailed description of the issue.

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, any eligible refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.


Return and Exchange Policy:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we may offer a return for store credit or an exchange, subject to approval and the conditions outlined below.

Return & Exchange Conditions

  • All return and exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
  • Original tags must remain attached.
  • All returns and exchanges require prior approval from our Customer Support Team.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part, a defective item, or a damaged item.
  • Returns that do not meet these requirements may be declined.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

  • Military Fez Hats and all hat products
  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Final sale and clearance items
  • Gift cards

Store Credit

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, store credit will be issued for the value of the returned item, excluding any shipping charges.

Store credit may be used toward any future purchase on our website and does not expire.
