At Tan and Tobe, we take pride in the quality of our products and are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. Please review our refund, return, and exchange policies carefully.

Refund Policy:

  • No Refunds will be issued unless the mistake was our own or the item was defective upon arrival.
  • To qualify for a refund, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item with clear photos and proof of the defect or error.
  • All approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Hats CANNOT be returned or exchanged.

Return and Exchange Policy:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we offer store credit for approved returns. Please note the following conditions:

  • Return Conditions:
    • All returns must be approved by our support team prior to sending the item back.
    • Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with tags still attached.
    • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your item to initiate the return or exchange process.
    • Returns that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted.
    • Hats CANNOT be returned or exchanged.

 

  • Store Credit:
    • Upon approval and receipt of the returned item, we will issue store credit for the original purchase amount (excluding shipping costs).
    • Store credit can be used for any future purchase at Tan and Tobe.

How to Start a Return or Exchange:

To begin the return or exchange process, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at support@tanandtobe.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include the following in your email:
    • Order number
    • Photos and proof of the defect or mistake (if applicable)
    • A brief description of the issue
  3. Wait for approval before sending the item back.

Once approved, we will provide return instructions, and the item must be sent back in its original condition.
